Now a part of the local dining scene for over a year, early accolades from longtime friends forgotten for the next *big* thing from one of Las Vegas' "cool" Chefs, September 2019 sees bBd's taking a new approach that focuses on Casino guests without sacrificing any of the craftsmanship or quality that made the Restaurant stand out from the start.

Predictably taking time to find an audience inside Palace Station, Football season now sees bBd's open at 11am on weekends, and between Gridiron Specials, a Kid's Menu and Ralph Perrazzo's on-site butchering program the only real questions are *how much* to order and "why is this place not busier?"

An acronym for Beers, Burgers and Desserts, all three available in several forms alongside a multitude of options ranging from Appetizers to Steaks cut-to-share, it is seated at hefty tables amidst televisions showing a half-dozen games that guests will find themselves on Saturdays and Sundays, service led by Mike Amidei professional but friendly in a way that would warrant praise even if the Food cost twice as much.

Still playing Rock music overhead during early hours, though play-by-play is offered during Monday Night Football and all 82+ Las Vegas Knights games, it was after perusing several 11a-4p specials that an order was arranged, $6 each for a half-dozen juicy Wings, spicy Cheese Sticks and housemade "Dinosaur Nuggets" with fried Mashed Potato smiles a bonafide bargain while Perrazzo's similarly priced Falafel may be the best in town in terms of texture as well as taste.

Unfortunately 86ing an enormous Bavarian Pretzel due to slow sales, but keeping the Hefeweizen Beer Cheese as a Dip for crispy Crinkle Cut Fries made with an original Coney Island press, one would be challenged to name better Fries for $5 in Las Vegas than those at bBd's, though the "Garbage" version featuring Hot Sauce, Ground Beef, Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, Pickles, Onions and a Fried Egg makes a compelling argument to go "all-in" for just three more bucks.

Sampling a few Beers and Ciders along the way, and making sure not to miss bBd's Milkshakes that focus on housemade Soft-serve plus craft Accoutrements instead of store-bought Candy like those at Black Tap and Sugar Factory, it was by request that two types of Pastrami were served separated from their Bun, each entirely unique but tender and well-seasoned while Chef Perrazzo's Sloppy Joe built from housemade Prime Beef "Steak-Emms" is a must-order for $10, but even better at $7 during Happy Hour.

Smartly adding a $7 Cheesesteak, and skipping Whiz in favor of Provolone because quality Beef needn't be covered up by Kraft, there is nowhere else in Las Vegas that a sharable Sandwich costs so little while value-shoppers will also want to take a look at bBd's 22oz 60-Day Dry-Aged New York Strip with complimentary Horseradish Mashed Potatoes and Creamed Spinach for just $49.

Stuffed, and with a bag full of leftovers, it was after a few more bites of beautifully grilled Beef that lunch ended on a sweet note, the Cinnabomb literally leaking Butter when pierced with a fork and all the better for it while three "Boozy Shakes" made deciding which is best a perilous task for those with low alcohol tolerance as all are incredibly smooth, right down to the bottom.

    1. They don't like to tell ppl there's a happy hour

    2.  They will offer you a beer not on happy hour that they recommend even tho it tasted like shit

    3. The waitress I had was literally sick(coughing the entire time saying she's sick and needs to come back when she feels better)

    4. Sitting for over an hour never been offered a simple water smh.    Simple things go a long way‍

    5. Burger tasted really really good but number 1 and number 2 ruined everything.   I won't be back

I wonder who's in charge here.  I eat out every single day.  This is compete insanity lol.   How dumb can you be

I'm twisted between 3 and 4 stars. I tend towards 4 because the place has a great vibe, original layout, unique bar, gorgeous interior and very comfortable bar stools.

Staff was very friendly. Only mishap was that we must have looked like carnivores as we discovered after putting in an order that they also had a vegan menu that had the impossible burger which Doug wish he knew about.
We ordered the lamb gyro taco and blackened house specialty wings. The food was really good except for the free nachos you get with yelp checkin. We were so hungry so ate them but they just weren't good: squeezed cheese ruins nachos for me. The pickles were great, Doug liked the bacon but I didn't. It was overall a weird combo. I prefer the original kind. Everything else was excellent. I do suggest to put less salt on the thick cut fries, I couldn't eat them because of that.
I had a 8. Pear cider 6oz from tap which was pretty good and had a little bitter after taste.
Overall great experience and nothing that will stop us from coming back.

Omg everything was soooo good. Except the buttermilk ranch sauce...I wasn't a fan. Friends posted this on FB tonight when they went so I HAD to go-tonight. So I grabbed my Monthly Date Night Boyfriend and told him we are going on a second date this month!

I got a glass of Riesling . My eyes nearly went to the back of my head. It was sweet and tangy. The mozzarella sticks were actually gooey. The burger was greasy the griddle burger but that's not a bad thing!  It had butter on the bun and oh yum! The bread pudding...oh now oh my god.  It was soo good.  Ask for extra cheesecake ice cream!! They give you a baby scoop-like you're not fat or something. There's like this sugary crumble stuff and then you get a bite with some of the salted butter in it and it soooo good. Omg.

I loved the decor.  It's kind of a pain because the hostess opens the door then you wait for her to take you down the hallway where BAM! Cow Carcasses in the window! Then you have to wait for her again to follow because she's holding the door. Service was great.

Located in Palace Station Hotel Casino, OK let me give you the first and last word. If you go here and do not try the Burnt End Wings, you are missing out! Try these wings! The burger was very good as well. Also free nachos with a Yelp checkin! So what on Earth are you waiting for? Hightail it over there pronto! Live It Up You Are In Las Vegas For Cryin' Out Loud!
